Very convenient location close to Long Beach Airport. Usually has a shuttle bus from/ airport. Good breakfast available. Large room.

The restaurant and its staff were very friendly, the food was very exceptionally good, unlike the night staff at the front desk downstairs, they could use some customers service training.

Location is 10/10, not too far from everything. Clean rooms+beds and overall good/easy stay. Love the snacks downstairs and the water refill station was sooooo good. Security in the parking lot was nice. Hot water + sheoer pressure so great. Adequate counter spaces. AC/heater worked very well.

The breakfast included two types of sausages, bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs, potatoes, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and muffins and pastries; on alternate days, pancakes, biscuits, or French toast. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location.

I love the penthouse restaurant for my breakfasts and dinners and the wide city view by its window.

Upon entering our room, it smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke, after a couple of hours in the room, I couldn't handle the stench, so I headed down to the front desk, and the staff immediately placed us in another room, I appreciated the quickness over my concerns, I honestly didn't think that they would do that, I was simply letting the front desk know the room had a terrible smoke odor

Having breakfast in the pent house was my first experience eating breakfast in the pent house with a beautiful view also! My family and I also appreciated that you guys used real fresh eggs during breakfast! The little details mater and you guys nailed it! Thank you! My family and I will be booking your hotel again for sure!

The convenience of the location close to the airport is a must the dinner up in the penthouse what was offered was excellent
